At the helm of our operations is Dr. Tobi Bright—a highly accomplished, multi-skilled physician, Peace Ambassador, and PhD scholar. With over 17 years of experience in Public Health and Emergency Medicine, 13 years post-training as an Epidemiologist, and 7 years as a Certified/Chartered Mediator and Conflict Management expert, Dr. Bright brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and credibility to our mission.

His professional expertise spans a broad spectrum of critical areas, including Conflict Resolution and Mediation, Humanitarian Services, Disaster Management, Public Health, and Epidemiology. He has led major interventions in Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR), outbreak detection and response, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), advocacy, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and community health initiatives. His approach is strategic, evidence-based, and people-centered—prioritizing vulnerable populations and underserved communities.

Over the years, Dr. Bright has delivered impactful services in low-resource settings, particularly urban slums and remote rural areas, ensuring access to vaccinations and essential health services. He has collaborated with philanthropic organizations, donor agencies, and community leaders to reduce morbidity and mortality through improved healthcare access and delivery. His work consistently reflects a deep commitment to humanitarian impact and public health equity.

In addition to his technical and clinical strengths, Dr. Bright exemplifies leadership, versatility, and teamwork. He has earned numerous professional certifications and scholarly awards, with research findings published in respected scientific journals. Currently serving as the General Secretary of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Oyo State, Dr. Tobi Bright remains open to collaborations that further public health, peace-building, and sustainable development.
